I ordered 2 x clip-on sunglasses (order 90321592). They arrived on 18 September and both were faulty. Both had broken clip holders on the frames, so the sunglasses fall off the clip the moment you touch them. Both pairs have the same fault.
I emailed [****] as well as used the contact form on their website the same day. I followed up again on 22 September asking for a replacement or a refund, including shipping. I have had no reply at all. Not even an automated acknowledgement.
Pantsnsox are happy to take your money and send shipping emails, but go silent the moment there is a problem. Do not trust this supplier.
